Files that satisfy any of the following conditions may not be uploaded to IMAGE ho.st at any time:

- Images of gore;
- Images of a shocking or disgusting nature;
- "Shocker" images that contain hidden images or surprising frames (in the case of an animated image) that are intended to scare the viewer;
- Commercial images such as those that advertise the sale of a good or service – this includes banner advertisements;
- Files that advocate or advertise hate, discrimination, or illegal activity.
3. Privacy Policy
IMAGE ho.st gathers the user's IP address when they upload a file. This information will never be released to a 3rd party without your prior consent, unless extreme circumstances arise including, but not limited to, IMAGE ho.st being required to by law. IMAGE ho.st reserves the right to store any of this information indefinitely. IMAGE ho.st contains ads that are supplied by 3rd party advertisers. These companies and any ads they serve are covered by their own privacy policies.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
IMAGE ho.st makes no warranty that IMAGE ho.st will be available, timely, secure or error-free. IMAGE ho.st will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of one's use of IMAGE ho.st. IMAGE ho.st will not be held responsible for any malfunction or unavailability of IMAGE ho.st. IMAGE ho.st makes no claims as to the quality of its website nor does it claim to be useful for a particular purpose. IMAGE ho.st and its developers will not be held responsible if IMAGE ho.st does not meet any expectations that you might have.

5. Submission of Information
All uploaded files are copyright © their respective owners. IMAGE ho.st directs full legal responsibility of uploaded files to the user who uploaded them – IMAGE ho.st is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files.
6. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that a file or files uploaded to IMAGE ho.st violate your copyright or intellectual property rights, please provide detailed written notice describing the infringement to IMAGE ho.st by e-mailing support@imageho.st.
7. Indemnification
The user indemnifies and agrees that IMAGE ho.st, and anyone involved in its development and operation, will not be held responsible for any claim or demand made by a third party as a result of your use of IMAGE ho.st. The user expressly indemnifies IMAGE ho.st against claims made in the following cases:
- The user has uploaded a file that violates or infringes upon another entity's proprietary rights or copyrights;
- The user has uploaded defamatory or unlawful material.
In the event that any part of these Terms of Service conflicts with any municipal, state, federal, or international law, these Terms of Service will be to represent as closely as possible the original intentions of the developer of IMAGE ho.st.
